To book your charter you need to pay a 50% prepayment deposit. The rest 50% must be paid at least 30 days before departure. If these terms are not met, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and keep the advance as cancellation fee.
Ways to pay for your trip
Cancelation for Private sailboat or motoryacht trips
In the case of cancellation:
up to 3 months before departure: full refund minus 75€ for procedural costs
up to 30 days before departure: the 50% advance deposit is considered a cancellation fee.
less than 30 days before departure: no refund.
Prices are subject to change any time without warning.
Greek Tax laws are subject to change anytime, so VAT(now 12%) may change without notice. In this case the customer will have to pay the difference.

Bareboat charters Conditions for booking.
In order to book a bareboat charter, you need to have at least two qualified persons who know how to control a sailing yacht and have a license to prove it.
You also have to leave a security deposit (cash or Credit card pre approvement) before getting your boat. The amount is different for each vessel. Usually is the same as the insurance waiver for the boat policy.
Before leaving port, you have to sign a standard charter agreement contract with us where all these details are explained. Port authorities may also ask you to check your passport and sailing license.
