7 days sailing 2026 Halkidiki vacation packages review

Seven-Day Sailing Vacations in Halkidiki. It’s the trip of a lifetime in a yachting paradise. Review our 2026 packages below.

Halkidiki, as you are probably discovering on our site, is not only a fantastic tourist destination but also a well-hidden yachting paradise. You can visit the cosmopolitan eastern shore of the Kassandra peninsula, enjoy the unspoiled western shores of Sithonia, or mix it up so you get the best of both worlds. A skippered sailing vacation in Halkidiki is one of the best options for people with no prior sailing experience.

Is Halkidiki a good place to go on vacation?

In a word, yes! And here are just a few of the reasons why:

  • It is incredibly beautiful. Even the Greeks consider it a top-tier vacation spot; international tourists just haven’t caught on yet. There are places here that feel like the tropics, but without the jet lag.
  •

  • The food is amazing. Enjoy fresh, local fish and traditional meze to go with your ouzo or tsipouro. It’s traditional Greek food at its absolute best. You will find it very difficult to go back to your normal diet once you return home.
  •

  • It’s safe. Very safe! The locals will gladly give you directions and go out of their way to help you get to your destination.
  •

  • The history. Ancient history! Aristotle was actually born in Halkidiki. There are plenty of archaeological sites to visit, including the Petralona Cave, where one of the oldest human skeletons in Europe was discovered.
  •

  • Halkidiki nightlife. You can enjoy a quiet evening out or go clubbing all night. Seriously, most clubs stay open until the morning, and not just on weekends.
  •

  • Local products. You’ll find incredible honey, wine, herbs and spices, olive oil, olives, cheese, soap, and more.
  •

  • You can enjoy all of this while sailing far away from the crowded beaches. Or, you can drop anchor right in front of a beach bar and start your bar-hopping campaign, Halkidiki vacation style.

The natural backdrops are stunning!

Our home base in Neos Marmaras is perfectly located so we can give you the absolute best options.

This year you have at least seven days for vacation. Great! Let us take care of you. Book a Halkidiki sailing vacation package. The best Halkidiki vacation package ever!

Your Halkidiki vacation will start when you meet our transportation crew at the “Macedonia” Airport in Thessaloniki (SKG). It is about a 90-minute drive to our base in Neos Marmaras, and the road winds through a beautiful Mediterranean forest right by the sea. It’s a wonderful way to kick off your trip with us. When you arrive in Neos Marmaras, your captain will take care of you, show you around the yacht, go over basic safety rules, and take you to the supermarket for provisioning (grocery shopping). And then, we set sail!

Our 7-Day Halkidiki Sailing Vacation Route Plan for 2026.

  1. Once you finish provisioning, we will take you to a nearby, heavenly beach so you can relax after a long day of flying and traveling. It is “Kamenos” beach, one of Porto Carras’s secret coves that is practically inaccessible except by boat. In the evening, you will head back to Neos Marmaras for a wine and cheese tasting experience before dinner.
  2.

  3. The next day, we visit Akti Elias, Kalogria Beach, and Agios Ioannis Beach. We’ll do some sailing and snorkeling, and spend the night at the Nikiti marina. The Nikiti waterfront walkway is always lively in the evenings.
  4.

  5. Next, we explore the beach at Metamorphosis, passing by the Danae Villas resort in Vatopedi, Psakoudia, and Potidaia. We’ll stop for the night under the Byzantine tower in Nea Fokea.
  6.

  7. It is time for some great sailing as we explore the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, passing by Afytos, Kalithea, Kryopigi, Polychrono, and Haniotis. A stop at Pefkohori for shopping and a visit to a taverna is a must. We will then stop at Glarokavos Golden Beach and Hrousos Paliouri Beach before spending the night at the brand-new, five-star Miraggio resort in Kanistro.
  8.

  9. We will sail to the southernmost tip of Sithonia to the secluded, hard-to-reach beach of Marathias, and then around to the east side with stops at Kalamitsi. Finally, we’ll spend the night at the Sykia fishing village. Getting fresh fish at a local taverna is a great menu option here.
  10.

  11. We return to the west side after stopping at Klimataria Beach and the unbelievable Kriaritsi (a place that looks straight out of the tropics, which you can truly appreciate only from a boat). Finally, we stop at the Porto Koufo fishing village, famous for its fish tavernas.
  12.

  13. Explore western Sithonia, starting with a swim under the ancient Toroni citadel, Tristinika, and the Ethnic beach bar. We’ll hit Aretes Beach, the Spalathronisia islands, and my personal favorite beach at Agia Kyriaki, before spending the night in a small, quiet cove. The next morning, we return to Marmaras by 10:00 a.m.

About fishing on your Halkidiki vacation

We exclusively do troll fishing on our day trips, which is a sustainable practice with very little impact on local fish populations.
Read more about it in this guide…>

Please keep in mind that the actual route may change. It depends on the group. Our captains are highly experienced and can quickly get a feel for everyone’s sea legs (tolerance for the waves). Depending on what you prefer—whether it’s cosmopolitan beach bar partying or finding Halkidiki’s best-secluded beaches—your captain will make custom recommendations.
